At GenzTechnologiez, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return process with a fair deduction policy.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Products showing signs of damage, use, or wear will not be accepted.

Refund & Deduction

A 30% deduction will be applied on all approved returns. This covers shipping, handling, and restocking costs.

The remaining 70% of the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling

How to Request a Return

2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back using a trackable courier service.

Important Notes

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Returned items without original packaging will not be refunded.
